Shaina Bryski, LMSW I am a trauma-informed therapist with over two years of experience working with young adults and adults. I specialize in supporting people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and the challenges that can leave life feeling overwhelming or disconnected. My approach is client-centered and relational, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel seen and supported. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Yeshiva University and bring both professional training and a deep respect for each person’s resilience to my work. My hope is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at home within yourself as you move through life with greater clarity, strength, and authenticity.
